If you have submitted an insurance claim, here is how you can check its progress.

  • Send us an e-mail, remembering to give your insurance policy number and assigned claim number in your e-mail, and we’ll reply within one business day.
  • Call one of our Customer Service Representatives at:

  • You can also contact the insurance company – we can refer you to the right person – or we can contact the insurance company on your behalf.



Always have your insurance policy number and assigned claim number ready when checking on your claim.
